Dealer Qualifications:

1.  A valid resale certificate, listing the name and address of your business.

2.  Approval is at the sole discretion of Micro Dynasty, Inc., and can be withdrawn at any time.

3.  A reseller agreement must be completed (contact Alisha for details).

4.  Discount Structure: (Discounts on sale items and promotions may be different).

    Basic Level - 25% discount: 2 to 10 wheels and less than $2000 per year.

    Associate Level - 35% discount: 11 or more wheels or more than $2000 per year.

    Partner Level - 50% discount:  More than 100 wheels or $20,000 per year.
